Daryl Klein of Balta, ND is a self-employed grain farmer. Daryl is also a director of the Farmer's Union Oil in
Balta. He was elected to the FCS board in 1992, and currently holds the position of Second Vice Chairman. |

Tim Dwyer of Sidney, MT raises wheat, durum, peas, lentils, barley, oats and hay and runs a commercial Red Angus cow/calf operation. Tim was elected to the board in 2006. |
| Rollin Tonneson |

Rollin Tonneson of Souris, ND is a livestock and grain farmer. Prior to farming, Rollin taught high school in
West Fargo and Fergus Falls, MN. He is a member of the Manitoba-ND Zero-Tillage Association, the Bottineau
County Ag Improvement Association and Farm Bureau. He was elected to the board in 1999 and currently serves
on the board as Chairman of the Board. |
| Arlen Gilbertson |

Arlen Gilbertson, from Parshall, ND is a grain and livestock farmer. Arlen owns and
operates a mobile home park and also a Bed and Breakfast. He has been a Farm Credit Director since 1981. |
| Bill Ongstad |

Bill Ongstad of Harvey, ND is a self-employed farmer. He raises pinto beans, durum,
barley, wheat, sunflowers and canola. Bill is also a member of the Durum Education
Research and Marketing committee of the Dakota Growers Pasta Company, and a member of
the Prairie Partners Marketing Club. Bill was elected to the Farm Credit Board in 2000 and currently holds the position of First Vice Chairman. |
| Jim Limke |

Jim Limke, of Lansford, was elected to the FCS board in 2004.
He raises wheat, durum, barley, flax, mustard and sunflowers.
He is currently a member of the Renville County FSA Committee,
North Dakota Farm Bureau, ND Farmer’s Union, Lockwood Township
Supervisor, MSU Athletic Hall of Fame and the Lansford School
Athletic Hall of Fame. Jim’s principal occupation for the last
29 years has been farming. He has been a member of Farm Credit
Services for six years. |

Phil Lowe of Minot, ND is the outside director for FCS and is appointed by the Board of Directors. Phil owns and operates Lowe’s Garden Center and Floral in Minot. Phil has served on the board since 2006.

Bryan Ankenbauer of Bowbells, ND raises wheat, durum, barley, oats, flax, canola, peas and sunflowers. He also raises cattle. Bryan was elected to the FCS board in 2005 |
