Farm Credit Services of North Dakota is seeking a MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR to fill an open position in the Minot office.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual would be responsible for the processing and closing of mortgage loans plus related mortgage loan servicing activities. The position would also provide department clerical support as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma and two years of advanced studies or similar experience. Secretarial and computer skills plus good communication skills are essential. Competitive salary with excellent benefits.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing consistent high quality service in a timely manner in the area of credit and related services.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar work experience. Previous agricultural lending experience preferred. Must be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills and strong initiative. Able to work individually and as an effective team member. Desired characteristics of the applicant include knowledge of agriculture, effective communication skills and highly motivated. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience and sales ability. INSURANCE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

POSITION PURPOSE: :To provide support in sales, processing and correspondence of our insurance programs. To work within a team environment at a branch location with the Related Services Division and provide outstanding customer service to farm clients.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: : Include providing clerical and technical support in the area of insurance, committing to the sales and marketing goals of the branch, maintaining a working knowledge of insurance and assisting with day-to-day branch operations.
