Farm Credit Services Holds
Annual Stockholders Meeting

(Minot, ND) - Stockholders of Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, ACA elected three directors at their annual meeting March 25th at the Holiday Inn in Minot. Arlen Gilbertson, Parshall, Bryan Ankenbauer, Bowbells, and Rollin Tonneson, Souris, were all re-elected to three-year terms. Stockholders also re-elected Ron Kramer - Douglas, Diane Scheflo - Bottineau, Dean Schoenberg - Mohall, and Greg Simonson - Minot, and newly elected Aaron Haaland - Carpio for one-year terms on the nominating committee.

"2007 was an excellent year and our Pat-Now! philosophy is a key reason," says Claude Sem, CEO. “Pat-Now! gives our members the low rate advantage as a result of all the products and related services we offer,” added Sem.

Over 350 customers attended the annual stockholders business meeting and dinner which concluded with a humorous and motivational presentation by Jane Herlong, Certified Speaking Professional, award-winning singer and published author.

Farm Credit Services is a member-owned agricultural credit association providing loans to farmers and ranchers for real estate, machinery, livestock, and operating needs. FCS also offers life & disability and crop insurances to the rural community. They serve 17 counties in northwest North Dakota through eight branch offices located in Minot, Carrington, Bottineau, Rugby, and Williston, including Bowbells Crop Insurance (Bowbells), Schaan Crop Insurance (Rugby) and Ward County Crop Insurance (Minot).
