The two independent Farm Credit Services associations headquartered in Minot and Mandan - with branch offices in various locations throughout western ND, award scholarships annually to students entering college in the fall. This year the two associations awarded a total of 10 scholarships totaling $10,000.

Farm Credit Services of ND is a member-owned agricultural credit association providing loans to farmers and ranchers for real estate, machinery, livestock, and operating needs. Our unique Pat-NOW philosophy is based on the cooperative principle that members receive benefits based on their use of the cooperative’s services. As a result, income from these services helps keep interest rates low.

FCS also offers life & disability and crop insurances to the rural community.  They serve 17 counties in northwest North Dakota through branch offices located in Minot, Bottineau, Carrington, Crosby, Rugby, and Williston, including Bowbells Crop Insurance (Bowbells) and Ward County Crop Insurance (Minot).
