Farm Credit Services of ND Distributes $4.3 Million of Ca$h Dividend$ to its Borrowers
(MINOT, ND) -- Stockholders of Farm Credit Services of North Dakota (FCSND) overwhelmingly approved bylaw amendments last summer that
supported the implementation of an all-new Farm Credit “Ca$h Dividend$” program. The very first Ca$h Dividend$ distribution, recently approved
by the FCSND Board of Directors, totals $4.3 million. FCSND borrowers should watch for their dividend payments in late March 2021.
“As a stockholder-customer owned ag financial services cooperative, we are thrilled to share our financial success with our borrowers who are also
our owners,” says Gordon Hanson, CEO of FCSND. “This major all-new, additional customer benefit should put annual Ca$h Dividend$ into the
pockets of our current and future customers for years to come.”
“This is a great start to our program,” added Bryan Ankenbauer, FCSND Board Chairman. “We are deeply committed to pursuing business strategies
that enable us to further increase the level of Ca$h Dividend$ in the future.”
